New construction homes or total lawn renovation starts by reaching out to us. We will meet you onsite to look at your project and give our recommendations. We can give suggestions such as burying downspouts, adding drainage or bringing in fresh topsoil (we can help you from start to finish) and beyond with our regular fertilizer schedule.

Steps to Establishing a Lawn:

- Contact Wernert Lawn care!
- We will meet onsite to review your project
- You will be emailed a quote and accept.
- We will provide a lawn analysis which measures PH and imbalances to help establish your lawn.
- If you want all the same grass type, we can kill off the current grass!
- Harley rake and till the lawn and remove as many rocks as possible!
- Depending on lawn size and budget, we can either seed, seed and straw, or sod your property
- Starter fertilizer application
- WATER, WATER, WATER
- Grass seed usually starts germinating within 14 days of installation.
- After a month or two, it is time to enjoy your space!
