Excavating and Grading

We assure you that we can help you with your excavating and grading service needs with an affordable price tag and options to fit all projects.

Excavating and grading can be defined differently by everybody, but if you need a trench dug for electric lines, water lines, foundations, open drains, ponds or pools, if it requires digging in the ground, we can help!

Grading services can be adding soil around a foundation to keep water away from the foundation, to grading the yard out to all water to move away from your property. We can provide the material, deliver the material and complete the job for you.
Another option is for you to supply the material, we can spread it and finish the project. While we prefer to bring our own supplies and materials to be sure that we have the right material, and the right material for your project, we understand that every project is different and we are happy to accommodate and give options!

Open Drains

Shallow Medium Depth Drains

Shallow Medium depth drains range between a foot and a meter deep. Typically an excavator is used to dig a v-shaped trench with a flat bottom. It has a gradient that must be steep enough to allow water to flow through swiftly without causing damage to the walls or bottom of the drain. These are most suited for areas that are flat.

Large Shallow Open Drains

Large shallow open drains can be wide and several meters in depth. A dragline excavator, bulldozer or scraper may be used in the creation of a large open drain. These types of drainage systems are used to evacuate large volumes of water
